Chroma ar Queen Zee

Yn Chwefror, fe gyhoeddom ni bod y band punk mwya’ sassy mewn cerddoriaeth heddiw, Queen Zee yn dod i Gaerdydd. Rhannwyd y newyddion yma oriau cyn i ni adael i ddal y band yn cefnogi Marmozets yn y Tramshed!

Nath y band wedyn ofyn yn neis i ni gael ffefrynnau Clwb, Chroma i gefnogi nhw. Felly ofynnom ni i drymiwr Chroma, Zac i sôn am sut ddigwyddodd hyn.

“We met Queen Zee backstage at Leeds Festival last year. We’d just arrived at Leeds after hailing up from Cardiff that morning to get lost trying to find the back of the BBC Introducing stage. Once we (finally) managed to find it, there wasn’t many people hanging around so we decided to sit down and drink some of the hundreds of cans of Relentless in the fridges when we noticed one of the other bands playing that day across the dressing room all laughing and messing around.

It wasn’t until our way out of Leeds to drive down to Reading Festival the same evening that we spoke to Queen Zee after realising that we’d be playing Reading the same day.

We feel really lucky to have met Queen Zee, they are probably one of the bands who inspire us most. We’re really excited to be supporting them in Clwb Ifor Bach. After going to see them at Tramshed while they were on tour with Marmozets we can’t wait to share the stage for what will be such an intimate gig.

We’ve been following their uprise for a while through their social media and it’s been really nice to see the band go from strength to strength announcing new shows, new merchandise and new music!

They are definitely ones to be watching over the next few years. We can’t wait to see what the future brings for this exciting band that are asking society important questions and have equal rights at the forefront of their music.

Nothing beats a band that makes cool music, have no hidden agenda and are ready to conquer all!”

Ymunwch a ni ar Nos Wener, Ebrill 20 i groesawu Queen Zee, Chroma a Salt Bath i Clwb.
