I have tickets to a Clwb show, how do I know if it’s been postponed or cancelled?

Ticket-holders will be contacted via the e-mail registered when purchasing tickets as soon as there’s an update regarding the show. We will also be updating across social media and on our website.

 

I have tickets to show that’s been cancelled, what do I need to do?

Nothing! Ticket-holders will be automatically refunded when a show has been cancelled. Please leave up to 5 working days for the refund to reach your account.

 

I have tickets to a show that’s been postponed, what do I need to do?

Nothing! All tickets remain valid to the new date for all our shows.

 

I have tickets to a show that’s been postponed, but I can’t make the new date, what do I need to do?

Please contact your ticket provider for a refund. There may be a delay in response from your ticket provider during this time, please bear with them!
