We’re open Fridays and Saturdays 18:00 till 02:00. Our bookings for each weekend open on Monday and close at 5pm on Friday. Have a look through the steps we’ve taken below to make the building safe for our staff and customers!
- Please remain at the entrance to be greeted by our host, who will guide you through the track & trace details and through to your table. We have tables inside and outside.
- There is a hand sanitising station at the entrance so please don’t hesitate to use it!
- Masks are not mandatory but we have some available should you like one.
- You will be given a drinks menu and a green/red card.
- Once seated, we ask that you remain at your table for the duration of your stay, other than to use the toilet or smoking area, as we are now operating full table service.
- Staff will be wearing PPE.
- You can place your green card on the table if you’d like to order a drink, or your red if you don’t need to order.
- Your host will take your order at the table, where you will be able to pay. We can only take card payments and contactless is encouraged wherever possible.
- Toilets are open but are operating on a one at a time basis. Please check that they are empty before entering.
- There is a one-way system in place around the building, entering at the front door and exiting through the side alley gates. Please stick to the one way route.
- A maximum of 4 people can use the designated smoking area at one time. If you’re from different ‘bubbles’ or extended households, please keep your distance from others whilst smoking.
- Please maintain social distancing at all times.
Where possible, we ask that you book a table ahead so that we can manage the numbers of people arriving in our limited entrance space at one time. Bookings for each weekend open on Monday and close at 5pm on Friday. Walk-ins welcomed!
In accordance with Welsh Government guidelines, the maximum number of people per party that can be seated at a table is 6. If you’re unsure of any of the guidelines, you can read more here.
